Catherine is a Registered Nurse and a licensed Brain Gym® Instructor and Consultant.

She completed her Teacher's Practicum with Paul Dennison, PhD, the educational therapist who developed Brain Gym®.  She is a graduate of the Hamilton and District School of Nursing and Queen's University.  Catherine has worked with children, teens, an adults and seniors.  She continues to work as a visiting nurse in the community as well as having a private Brain Gym® practice.  She appreciates the way Brain Gym reduces stress and opens the brain for new learning ain people of all ages.
